Kenneth Schonfeld graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1992. He has been practicing immigration law for 21 years. His well-honed advocacy skills and strategic insights have produced an extremely high success rate in his immigration practice.
Kenneth represents clients in the full spectrum of family based immigration, Waivers of Inadmissibility, Asylum, Withholding of Removal, and in the areas of deportation/removal defense and deferred inspections. His expertise also includes the immigration consequences of criminal convictions, naturalization, and consular practice.
Kenneth has successfully represented several hedge funds and financial institutions filing for H-1B visas. He has also represented universities in EB1 outstanding researcher petitions.
Kenneth has been a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). He is admitted to the New York bar.
